The Missouri Quizbowl Alliance would like to invite you to the fourth annual NAQT Missouri Qualifier\, to be held on the campus of the University of Missouri in Columbia on March 5\, 2011.
This tournament will be run in the twenty tossup/bonus format on NAQT IS-104. Games consist of twenty tossups worth ten points each followed by non-rebounding bonuses worth up to thirty points. Tossups will feature \\"powers\\" (additional points awarded for correct buzzes very early in the question) and \\"negs\\" (five point deductions for incorrect answers before the question is finished).

All-Tournament teams for both divisions will be named\, and those players will receive medals. We will use Missouri format\, and NAQT -- the district and state provider -- will supply the questions. The tournament will also serve as a NAQT national championship qualifying tournament.
